Responsibilities:
● Maintain existing customers (key accounts), renew contracts, and expand their services.
● Reach the quarterly sales targets.
● Recruit, hire, train, and manage the sales team.
● Set sales targets for each team member compares performance to targets and adjust targets as needed.
● Assess current team processes and procedures, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
● Provide detailed sales forecasts.
● Provide feedback to team members.
● Build a strong relationship with customers, understands market opportunities, plan, and act on those opportunities.
● Create a competitive and collaborative team environment.
● Study the market, understands the competition, and create a strategic plan.
● Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggests corrective actions as needed.
