Job Description

● Efforts to achieve the policy and goals set in the sales area by the direct manager. ● Predict and target sales based on the goals and strategic plans of the company at periodic intervals. ● Offer solutions to improve sales processes that lead to increased sales. ● Supervise the activities of distribution and sale centers or product sale agents. ● Face-to-face negotiation with special customers to introduce products and services or sign a contract. ● Collaborate in identifying, evaluating, and selecting agents and sales representatives. ● Monitor the performance of sales agents and inform them of the results. ● Provide periodic sales reports to the direct manager on a regular basis. ● Cooperation and coordination with the financial unit to collect receivables. ● Review the status of goals achievement and programs related to continuous and through received reports. ● Identify sales-related risks and opportunities and try to control them. ● Pursue corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance of current sales plans with predetermined goals. ● Analysis of sales statistics. ● Participate in the meetings of the product pricing committee. ● Cooperation with the financial unit in order to prepare and approve budget programs. ● Cooperation in performing all the duties and responsibilities that have been assigned to the employee in this position in the executive methods of the quality assurance system and through the systems and methods unit. ● Continuous communication with the research and development unit in order to provide information related to monitoring the needs of the market and customers and guiding the programs of development of current products and production of new products. ● Hold regular meetings with the sales team to increase oversight and guide team members toward predetermined goals. ● Assess and calculate the training needs of sales unit colleagues. ● Help develop and transfer knowledge, skills and training gained to other colleagues and pay attention to the principle of succession. ● Monitor the delivery of products to customers according to the schedule.

Requirements

● At least 7 years of sales experience. ● At least 3 years of experience in sales management levels. ● Full proficiency in using Microsoft Office. ● Familiarity with software related to sales and market development. ● Creativity and innovation. ● High self-confidence. ● Honesty and confidentiality. ● Hard work and pursuit. ● Order and accuracy. ● Systematic thinking and knowledge management. ● Interpersonal communication and speaking skills. ● Statistical analysis and forecasting skills. ● Planning and time management skills. ● Stress management skills and ability to work in stressful situations. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Social perception skills. ● Mastery of the principles and techniques of negotiation.
