  • Responsible for planning and supervising activities in sales and implementing actions to achieve business goals.
  • Define Sales Strategy based on the market needs.
  • Develop an operational plan and set yearly, monthly, and daily targets for the team.
  • Perform incentive programs for the team.
  • Report market competition/activity/price changing/promotion etc.
  • Plan training courses for the sales team.
  • Develop and modify sellers' income plans and career promotion plans.
  • Provide creative solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Train and transfer his own sales experiences to the team who are under his supervision.
  • Participate in the processes like store location finding, sale estimation, and other parameters. determining the best place for a new site.
  • Participate in seller recruitment and evaluate the sales team.
  • Create and manage contact lists.
  • Participate in product pricing.
  • Report to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.

  • Ability to stick to time constraints.

  • Proven work experience as a retail sales manager (related experience in jewelry industries has a positive point).
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge.
