● Increase the number of sales.
● Conduct an in-depth analysis of new potential products to be added to the sales basket.
● Responsible to supervise the activities of the marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives.
● Create, develop and implement sales strategies.
● Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth.
● Monitor sales activities and implement company policies.
● Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
● Inventory management and ensuring orders are in a place based on sales demands.
● Develop and maintain relationships with our retail partners and distributors, regularly conducting onsite visits in order to grow revenue, hit sales targets, ensure continuity and establish precedents.
● Marketing and finding new customers/accounts as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA graduate from an accredited university.
● At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
● Familiar with new methods of sales.
● Hardworking, goal, and detail-oriented.
● Good persuading skills, self-motivated, and coaching skills.
● Good supervisory, planning, and execution skills.
● Fluent in English.
● Age range: 35 to 45 old.
