● Realize existing markets and potential customers to provide reports to sales and marketing managers.
● Regular visit of assigned shops in each territory on daily bases.
● Monitor and report competitor activities.
● Do sales activities such as visiting, calling, and following customers.
● Prepare and track monthly, weekly, and daily sales KPIs.
● Regular monitoring of distributor's performance and identifying related issues.
● Periodical competitor analysis and define competitive strategy.
● Evaluate and troubleshoot product’s category and provide solutions to solve problems.
● Survey and follow up sales index of product’s category day to day, weekly and monthly.
● Train sales forces in launch activity.
● Search for new clients in designated regions.
● Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management.
● At least 3 years of experience in sales and trade marketing.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Fluent in MS Office.
● Teamwork skills.
