● Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
● Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
● Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
● Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
● Maintain a strong and long-term relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
● Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
● Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects along with meeting clients; recommending solutions.
● Participate in programs and procedures that drive sales.
● Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
● Search for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
● Perform research and identify new potential customers and new markets.
● Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
● Work closely with the major European companies who are being represented exclusively by TLC Group.
● Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
● Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
