Job Description

● On-going support and training. ● Provide world-class customer service and sales skills. ● Educate clients on the benefits of the product offered. ● Work as part of a team that includes customer service and support. ● Meet and achieve the team targets. ● Create instant rapport and build relationships with clients from their first call to the process of visa application. ● Induction training to ensure all sales skills are always delivered in a transparent, and ethical manner. ● Phone clients for a detailed “migration consultation” in preparation for their future plans. ● Welcome, engage, and consult with our clients on face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree would suffice. ● At least UI knowledge in English. ● Problem-solver and self-driven researcher. ● Effective communication over the phone. ● Time management. ● Team collaboration. ● Ability to provide 5-star customer service 100% of the time both face to face and over the phone. ● Well-organized, well presented, and a great communicator. ● A sales background is essential.
