● Following the sales process from start to finish.
● Meeting customers.
● Updating resources to obtain relevant requests and tenders.
● Preparing technical and commercial offers for the customer according to the received offers.
● Following up on technical and commercial proposals for approval.
● Negotiating and finalizing purchase orders with the customer.
● Issuing sales documents and related invoices through the project.
● Tracking the transportation and delivery of goods in coordination with the transportation and logistics department.
● Tracking financial settlements with the customer.
● Upgrading technical and professional knowledge.
● Providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and related manager.
Requirements
● Full familiarity with Cisco equipment (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.), Microtech, and Network Services (Virtualization and Infrastructure).
● Full familiarity with equipment`s hardware components, servers, Hp, Dell and Sanstorage servers.
● Fluent in English.
● At least 2 years of sales experience.
● Having strong negotiation skills.
● Having skills in inter-unit communication.
● Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions.
● Ability to track skills.
● Ability to do teamwork.
● Having excellent and proficient software skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
● Familiarity with the procedure for completing inquiries and tender documents.
