We expect the Sales Expert to:
● Maintain and improve business relationships with current customers of the company.
● Identify new markets and plan to attract new customers.
● Monitor and manage sales and customer relationship records until the end of the sales and delivery process to the customer.
● Communicate with customers and sales documents using CRM software.
● Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports in accordance with the opinion of the unit manager.
● Participate in development activities, market research, a compilation of marketing and sales documents based on the tasks assigned by the unit manager.
● Exchange information and cooperate with other departments of the company such as R&D.
● Working time: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, relevant training, or qualifications in the area of sales.
● Experience in marketing and branding is an asset.
● Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software and CRM.
● Professional in oral communication.
