● Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
● Work closely with the European companies which are represented exclusively with TLC Group.
● Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects along with meeting clients; recommending solutions.
● Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potentials.
● Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
● Meet regular sales targets.
● Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
● Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
● Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
● At least Bachelor's degree.
● Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
● Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
● Language skill: Fluent in English.
● Strong public relations and communication skills.
● Motivated and energetic.
● Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
● Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Hands-on experience with CRM software.
● Other certifications: Related Training is preferred.
● This position is based in Tehran.
