● Visit building projects, searching for new clients and gathering relevant information.
● Establish relationship with current and potential customers.
● Plan and execute initiatives to reach the project managers, architects and project owners.
● Set sales visions and strategies.
● Provide strategic ideation from Mind to Method to Action; create innovative growth strategies, and develop an implementation plan for the company.
● Build customer relationships and effective communication in customer service.
● Schedule effective meetings with clients in weekly and monthly timetables.
● Sell the products in other major cities.
Requirements
● BSc. or higher level of education in relevant fields of study, preferably in MBA, Business and Architecture.
● Work experience in sales and marketing and strong background knowledge.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Extremely organized and capable of multitasking in order to meet deadlines.
● High level of self-motivation with keen eyes for details, self-reliance and team spirit.
● Good command on Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
