● Review sales policies.
● Set up sales plans based on the company's policies and goals within the delegated authority.
● Maintain the company's sales market and try to increase the market share in terms of quantity and quality.
● Review the status of the applicants and take the initial steps until signing the contract and reporting the results to the superiors.
● Delivery orders and sales documents and transfer to the financial unit.
● Coordinate distribution and timely delivery of products to buyers.
● Control sales documents and issued remittances.
● Participate in specialized exhibitions as instructed and report the results to superiors.
● Check orders and sort them based on priority.
● Conduct preliminary investigations regarding received complaints and refer them to the sales technical service unit.

● Evaluate the implementation results of sales programs along with suggested comments in order to make decisions and influence future planning.
● Control and ensure the implementation of all matters under the tenure according to the regulations and approved methods of the company
● Orders control panel with buyers' accounts.
● Prepare an archive of information about the status of buyers.
● Document operations, information, and activities and present them in the form of a work report template approved by superiors.
● Negotiate and coordinate with buyers and get their opinions and prepare the results report for future planning.
● Guide buyers in choosing the product in terms of quantitative and qualitative specifications.
● Follow up on uncollected claims and remind the buyer and finance of the balance of credit and debit and obtain written confirmation.
● Plan and carry out the mission to the covered provinces to follow up on the affairs.
● Plan and hold regular meetings with superiors to review current affairs and policy making.
● Plan and hold joint meetings with buyers for sales strategies.
● Participate in determining the credit limit of buyers.
● Participate in preparing the information and statistics required for setting the company's annual budget.
● Participate in updating and developing related organizational processes.
● Participate in the implementation of the quality system and solve existing problems according to the established criteria.
● Perform other duties that are assigned by superiors as required by the organizational position.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.
● More than five years of relevant work experience.
● Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
● Gender preference: Male.
● Proficient in sales.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Ability to go on domestic missions.
● Strong analytical and planning ability in the field of sales and marketing.
