● Encompasse customer relationship building through visits and the use of other channels.
● Sell products, systems, and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
● Develop and maximize business relations with future and strategic customers, and utilize this relationship to support the brand growth plans.
● Identify and work to develop stronger relations and to seek out incremental and growth sales opportunities from future harness builds.
● Work to open and develop market opportunities by researching, identifying, and securing new customers.
● Manage customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.
● Assist in the daily operations with clients and keep up to date with client promotions.
Requirements
● Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
● At least 5 years of professional marketing experience.
● Experience in B2B/B2C campaigns with strong project management skills.
● Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, branding standards, and corporate policies.
● Strong copywriting skills for promotional marketing communications.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office.
● Fluent in English.
