Job Description

● Finding potential customers and meeting them to introduce the organization's products or services. ● Establishing, maintaining, and developing long-term relationships with customers to generate new sales opportunities. ● Receiving, tracking, and processing customers' orders (from confirming orders including customers' personal and payment information and creating invoices to receiving final payment confirmation and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers). ● Pursuing the collection of claims and payments from the financial unit in order to meet financial obligations on time. ● Reviewing and completing invoices and sales contracts; ● Following up on contracts. ● Collecting and analyzing market information, competitors, and organizational customers and providing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential of new products and services. ● Participating in the organization's exhibition stands to present products and attract customers. ● Registering and updating information and documents related to sales and customers; Registering customer information in the CRM software and ensuring the functionality and accuracy of its data. ● Communicating with the factory ● Cooperating and coordinating with other members of the sales team and division of tasks within the team. ● Analyzing sales data and providing periodic analytical and decision-making reports.

Requirements

● Age range: 20 to 35 years. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● At least one year of work experience in the field of sales. ● Excellent expression technique and high public relations. ● Familiar with CRM software ● Getting to know the principles of telephone sales. ● Getting to know the principles of face-to-face sales. ● Familiarity with sales psychology.
