Job Description

● Development of a network of distribution agents in the allocated area under the guidance and leadership of the Director of the SBU. ● Team formation includes hiring visitors for the allocated area. ● Team building, leadership, goal setting, and development of the team under his supervision and monitoring the implementation and realization of targets based on the plan and goals predetermined by the business manager. ● Supervise the daily activities of the retail store departments in interaction with the sales and marketing departments.

Requirements

● Ability to travel around the country to negotiate and find new representatives and get to know the current representatives and distributors in the lubrication market. ● Knowledge of the market and the ability to draw a competitive matrix of competitors in all aspects of distribution strategy, price, quality, promotions, and so on. ● Full understanding of the market and definition of effective promotions for constructive competition in coordination with the business manager. ● At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of oil sales.
