Job Description

Company Size: 50-99 employees. Industry: ICT, Instrumentation, and Automation. Customer group: Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical. Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Engineering Supervisor in order to join our holding. She/he will be responsible for sales activities in the company with the following main functions: ● Develop sales by volume, value, and coverage in the covered city. ● Coordinate and implement a sale strategy that effectively targets potential customers. ● Coordinate the entire marketing process as well as promotional efforts. ● Develop and execute advertising programs and external marketing. ● Develop and maintain promotional relations with companies active in Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical companies. ● Create a steady market for the products that the company can offer. ● Monitor sales activities in the area to ensure customers receive satisfactory service. ● Direct and motivate sales team; developing new approaches and technics. ● Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. ● Submit regular records of sales and determine profitability. ● Monitor financial affairs and constant pursuit to receive representative cheques and receivable documents.


● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience. ● Familiar with IT products and instrumentation and automation fields. ● Expert negotiator. ● Good communication skills. ● Good command of computer software skills. ● Natural leadership instincts; excellent teamwork spirit. ● Work approach. ● Gender Preference: Male/Female. ● Have a clear plan for the expansion of the company’s market and customers’ lists.
