Job Description

● Prepare sales planning to achieve the sales goals of the region and key customers. ● Implement sales strategy in the region and key customers. ● Follow up on the situation and plan for the growth of the sales agents' network and evaluate their periods. ● Prepare and submit sales-related reports and performance reports. ● Follow the status of projects in the region and improve the quality of CRM. ● Monitor market situation and competitors. ● Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities to build new relationships among customers. ● Provide solutions to key customers (according to company policies) and ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements

● Having a sales history in the construction industry and knowing this market. ● Ability to analyze reports. ● Ability to analyze business-related market conditions. ● Top PR. ● A regular, accurate, active, and motivated person. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Problem-solving and time management skills. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MSP, and AutoCAD. ● Having an intermediate level in English. ● Age range: 25 to 40 years old.
