
Job Description
● Assist to identify potential customers and new customers. ● Assist to keep track of customer sales, marketing, advertising, and digital marketing activities. ● Responsible for following up on related matters between the research and development, production, and commercial departments. ● Collect and prepare textual and visual content for product catalogs (such as data sheets and flyers), social networks, and websites. ● Prepare and send letters, and contracts and follow up on them. ● Assist in executing conferences, seminars, exhibitions, booths, and congresses in collaboration and other related objectives. ● Prepare PowerPoint and update the sales presentation in both Persian and English. ● Carry out matters related to the issuance of pre-invoices and coordinate with the financial department. ● Attend sales meetings. ● Prepare reports and results of sales and marketing negotiations and activities. ● Attend all related exhibitions. ● Track production schedule for products sold to customers.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of work experience. ● Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. ● Familiar with the pharmaceutical industry, herbal medicine raw materials, and herbal medicines. ● Fluent in English. ● Honesty and personal maturity. ● High energy and motivation and interest in learning and intelligence. ● Excellent communication and public relations skills. ● Flexibility in work in accordance with the organizational role. ● Ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
