Job Description

Giti Ara Pars Company needs an experienced sales and marketing manager, whose duties are as follows: Roles: ● Introduce the company's products to the market and collect enough data from the market and analyze them, as well as use data analysis tools and help sell the company's products and provide implementation solutions. ● Collect the level of customer satisfaction and possible reasons for dissatisfaction and provide applicable corrective solutions in order to improve them. ● Direct Manager: Managing Director and the CEO. ● Subordinates: Marketers, and Sales and Customer Service Experts. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 to 5:00 PM; Thursdays 9:00 to 1:00. ● Travel requirements: There may be a need for business travel to Garmsar from time to time.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or Marketing is preferred. ● At least two years of work experience in the cosmetics field. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Relative proficiency in English. ● Proficient in CRM software. ● Proficient in data analysis with Excel and questionnaire design. ● Ability to do group work. ● Leadership ability and communication skills.
