Job Description

● Develop sales and marketing strategies to meet current and future customer needs. ● Seek and secure new business opportunities with regional customers. ● Planning and implementation of marketing and market share development campaigns. ● Market and competitors’ analysis, provide a suitable solution to generate competitive advantages ● Identify the opportunities for increasing sales. ● Develop good customer relations and maintain a high level of service to the customer. ● Develop and manage sales forecasts and resolve commercial issues with key customer accounts. ● Identify and analyze competitors (product, price, distribution, and advertising). ● Create relationships with new accounts that will lead them to purchase Ezam products now and in the future. ● Maintain and expand existing business with customers. ● Liaison between customer demands and internal company demands (Production plans, price, specification, quality issues, etc.). ● Assess the current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them. ● Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management. ● Have at least 5 years of work experience. ● Fluent in sales and marketing data analysis. ● Ability to do teamwork, communication skills, and negotiation techniques.
