Job Description

● Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales. This should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives. ● Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. ● Analyze customers' status. ● Strategic planning for marketing activities. ● Gather market information and apply it to sales strategy. ● Market strategy including planning, identification, and evaluation. ● Frequent contact with customers. ● Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. ● Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.


● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronic or Control); Marketing degree followed by at least 3 years of professional services in marketing and sales leadership roles; MBA is an added value. ● Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. ● Extensive experience in control system markets such as integration, and manufacturing. ● Familiar with all types of control systems such as DCS/ESD/FandG and also familiar with brands such as Siemens/HIMA/ABB. ● Well-developed strategic marketing skills. ● Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations. ● Experience in Oil and Gas and Power Generation sector is a privilege. ● Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Fluent in English. ● Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. ● Team management experience. ● Aggressive, energetic, and social. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
