● Updating customer accounts.
● Doing sales matters such as issuing sales invoices.
● Expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
● Developing new applications.
● Controlling Customer accounts and preparing the required files.
● Recording and categorizing all other related documents.
● Coordinating with the warehouse.
● Coordinating with treasury accounting.
● Preparing and making monthly account reconciliation with customers if it is necessary.
● Participating in the monthly closing process.
● Preparing and analyzing aging reports by daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual type.
● Preparing actual reports of sales, bounced cheques, credit, and debts.
● Following up and tracking receivables.
Requirements
● More than 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales Accounting (Especially in distribution companies).
● Familiar with accounting knowledge.
● Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
● Ability to exhibit patience while working under stress and pressure.
● Flexibility and time management.
● Familiar with accounting rules and regulations including invoices and orders.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
● Proficient in Rahkaran (HamKaran, Sepidar) is a big advantage.
