Requirements
● Knowledge of pumps, compressors, and turbines and related standards and machinery package components.
● Familiar with lubrication and shaft sealing systems and components.
● Familiar with vendor documentation and preparing discipline-related vendor documents.
● Capable of handling technical meetings and justifying and resolving technical issues with clients.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
● At least 8 years of experience in the Oil, Gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, and pharmaceutical industries.
● Knowledge of process equipment (rotating) and familiarity with international design codes (API, ASME, NFPA, etc), industrial standards, and local codes.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Highly motivated, well-organized, resourceful, and proactive.
● Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
● Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
