Job Description
-Train and transfer his own sales experiences to the team who are under his supervision
-collect all information and statistics required by company in order to promote Sales Targets
-Monitor, manage, control and evaluate team performance and responsibilities
-Set yearly/monthly/Daily targets of the team
-Perform incentive programs for the team
-Report market competition/activity/price changing/promotion etc.
-Be Available in route in all working days for check and visiting stores
-Preparing market visit reports
-Manage people who are under his supervision
-Providing creative solutions to achieve sales targets
-Route management
-Conflict management
-Reporting and analyzing data and presenting in sales meetings
-working in Tehran or in other provinces
