Job Description

● Selling packaged holidays and individual travel elements, including flights, hotels, visa. ● Writing reports for the CEO. ● Counselling clients and reservation team on terms and conditions of travel. ● Managing budgets, meeting sales targets and maximizing profits. ● Liaising with CEO and tour operators for marketing purposes. ● Handling mail, email, phone enquiries and any customers’ complaints. ● Updating holiday information and drawing any important new information to the attention of the staff. ● Holding meetings to motivate the team to meet their sales targets and KPIs. ● Communication with related Governmental organization, Embassies and private service providers.

Requirements

● Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries esp. airlines, hotels or travel agencies. ● Customer-service experience. ● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. ● Experience in travel and tourism start ups would be an advantage. ● Prefer candidates with technical management certificate from tourism and cultural heritage organization.
