Job Description

● Suggest new solutions and machinery on the production lines in the printing and packaging industry for the food industry. ● Research and develop new formulas/products and apply innovative methods to improve existing products (All kinds of packaging industry). ● Arrange the new method of testing of products to ensure that they meet all the quality standards. ● Select raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers for improving production and reduce costs. ● Launch new products on the production lines. ● Train new colleagues in products and process knowledge. ● Prepare and give complete reports to the CEO.

Requirements

● Master's degree or Ph.D. in Polymer, Industrial, Chemical Engineering; all related fields to the packaging industry. ● Expert in Printing and packaging industry for the food industry (Equipment, operating procedures, settings, etc.). ● 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in related fields with a good understanding of product development steps. ● Fluent in English. ● Excellent time management with the ability to work independently. ● Knowledge of Local and international legislation in the field of food science. ● Knowledge of international best practices in the packaging industry. ● Dynamic person with analytical, problem solving, and hands-on-skill.
