● Gather information and organize resources and ideas.
● Research and develop new formulas or products and apply innovative methods to improve existing products and production processes.
● Delivery of products to marketing and tracking of market test results.
● Team cooperation with the marketing unit to fulfill customer and consumer market demands.
● Communicate with the quality control unit.
● Coordinate beverage projects in the laboratory and pilot plant.
● Collect, write and review technical documents such as CTD and regulatory reports.
● Support production unit in formulation, legislation, and production line.
● Look for new business opportunities in the industrial herbal beverage market.
● Half a month in Tehran and half in the factory in Kashmar.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields.
● At least 5 years of experience in R&D within the food or beverage industry with a good understanding of product development steps.
● Teamwork spirit.
● Good public relations.
● Paying attention to detail.
● Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
● Advanced English proficiency.
