Job Description

● Work with the team to develop and improve formulations, new formulations, and process, or analytical methods. ● Develop sources and new/existing raw materials for cost analysis and feasibility of formulation. ● Collect, write and review technical documents and record, maintain and report scientific data. ● Prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests. ● Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure the proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed. ● Achieve research goals and programs and report to the manager. ● Conduct development and laboratory analysis such as product testing and stability studies, and all raw materials quality control tests, and prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for the laboratory.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in Food Engineering. ● At least 3 years of experience in the same positions. ● Familiar with food and beverage manufacturing processes. ● Dominant in ISO 9001-2015. ● Ability to formulate products. ● Fluent in English. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office. ● Creative with strong problem-solving ability. ● High teamwork skills.
