● Manage the daily sales operations.
● Meet the sales targets, objectives, and profit contribution for assigned products.
● Manage all sales records and reports.
● Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics.
● Collect market and customer information.
● Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
● Follow up on the customers’ accounts, invoices, and payments.
● Monitor and analyze markets, customer needs, and competitors’ actions in order to improve market and product development.
● Manage communication between clients and the company.
● Frequent business travels to visit customers.
● Travels within Iran are required.
● Workplace: Ahmad Abad Mostofi- Tehran.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, or Management.
● At least 3 years of experience in sales supervisory roles in FMCG industry.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team management, and negotiation skills.
● Teamwork capability.
● Being ambitious to cover sales territory.
● Networking and negotiation skills.
● Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
● Good command of English.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
