Job Description

Job Summary: This position is accountable for all aspects of data aggregation, data preparation, targeting, reporting, following up, and finally controlling and monitoring all the sales operations based on the role assigned to her/him. The person in this position should create, organize and implement all sales plans in line with target and market demands. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: ● Follow up to receive all needed data OTIF, from responsible persons. ● Aggregate, compile, analyze and evaluate collected data and publish structured reports to stakeholders. ● Detect the data problems and address them proactively. ● Responsible for ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations. ● Organize activities related to customers including routing, creating new customers in the system, and removing inactive customers. ● Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities. ● Follow up on target achievement at different levels, find the deviation, and inform related stakeholders. ● Monitor competitors’ activities. ● Target and formulate sales policies across branches and sales channels. ● Check the route-to-market process regularly to be sure it is optimized. ● Monitor Inventories and develop an optimized procedure to be sure there is no possibility of a shortage. ● Analyze the trend and KPI of sales teams in different periods to investigate the causes of their increase or decrease. ● Participate in developing/updating procedures and guidelines related to sales processes. ● Review effective factors in planning and their effectiveness in formulating an optimal plan. ● Work efficiently and regularly checking to optimize existing and ad-hoc reports. ● Regular and occasional communications to internal and external stakeholders. ● Close connection with Team administration to report the special KPIs on a regular basis. ● Participate in coordination meetings with related units regarding sales planning. ● Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning. ● Calculate the commission based on the achievement of targets and criteria according to the organization's regulations and send it to the relevant units. ● Coordinate the sales planning team and help to recruit and train new employees.

Requirements

● Expert in MS Office, especially Excel. ● Expert in required analytical tools. ● Accurate and punctual. ● Authentic, curious and motivated. ● High level of detail orientation. ● Skilled in quantitative and prediction methods. ● Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. ● More than three years of work experience in FMCG in a similar department. ● Skilled to lead a team properly and keep them motivated. ● Passionate about learning and hardworking. ● Forceful in following up. ● Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently. ● Good communication and written and spoken skills in Farsi and English. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● Ability to work well and deliver under pressure. ● Familiarity with Excel Data Models. ● Familiar with VBA and Macro is preferable. ● Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
