● Manage area sales managers in the west of the country.
● Follow up sub-distributors contracts (prices, targets, payment, coverage, exclusivity, reporting, etc.).
● Monitor sales KPIs (volume, coverage, payments, etc.).
● Expand the business by searching for new Sub-Ds or replacing existing ones for better results.
● Organize sales ordering systems.
● Follow up on the stock level in the factory and warehouse and the fair distribution of products between Sub-Ds.
● Ensure that all routes/areas are optimally covered and the sales team understands the sales plans for their particular areas in line with the company RTM strategy and service package.
● Participate in annual budget planning.
● Monitor and control levels of credit in the market.
● Report periodically on the progress and results of the sales, analyze development areas and make recommendations.
● Regular meetings with top distributors, setting monthly targets, control on month-end deferred rebates.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
● At least 7 years of sales experience.
● High level of sales and merchandising knowledge.
● Great communication and negotiation skills.
● Familiar with financial terms.
● Good proficiency in MS Office.
● Intermediate level in English.
● Able to travel to provinces.
