Job Description

● To interface with external vendors and internal teams (CR, SD operations subdivision, sales channels department, and sales planning) as appropriate to ensure optimum timeframes for resolving retail customer/dealers queries and issues in sales and distribution. ● To plan and implement revenue-generating projects alongside the SD projects team in line with company strategies in the ignition of commercial performance through using regions resources and sales channels capacities. ● To plan and devise sales initiatives in the assigned region to ensure all defined targets will be achieved and manage the functionality of all the MTNI Store, Connect, and distributors stores within the region based on the retail sales and distribution strategy within the region. ● To manage the profitability and visibility of the MTNI store, connect, and distributors stores to optimize the sales and distribution performance by regularly comparing sales and distribution results. ● To conduct comprehensive research on competitor sales and distribution strategy to enhance sales and distribution performance of assigned Region. ● To manage the provision of reports about stock levels in retail sales channels and markets in each area for the appropriate distribution of stock to ensure continual availability. ● To develop and optimize the retail sales channel by sales channel balancing (adding new dealers and maintaining proper dealers) to create a pull effect in terms of distributor and dealer sales. ● To ensure dealers’ escalated problems/complaints are resolved as per SLA. ● To design, implement and evaluate regional sales promotions to meet company objectives regarding sales growth. ● To manage dealer network preparation regarding point-of-sale items and to signage and analyze the impact of such in the covered territory. ● To manage dealers’ contract violation issues by developing and maintaining an effective system of monitoring of dealers' and distributors' activities to prevent violations of contracts and inform the sales support team. ● To manage dealer stores that are properly branded based on MTN Irancell policies. ● To manage dealers of retail sales channels to meet and enhance Irancell's sales target. ● To manage, provide and implement new effective sales and distribution ideas to increase sales and distribution performance within assigned regions. ● To provide effective daily, weekly, and monthly sales and distribution reports to Management. ● To obtain the region's concepts, and implement best practices of regionalization methods, to reach the maximum growth in the region. ● To analyze retail customer service needs and current delivery systems and programs and suggest improvements to the CR division.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields; or an MBA graduate; a Master's degree is a plus. ● At least 5 years of experience in retail or service environment (service industry is preferred); with experience in supervising/managing others. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization.
