Job Description

As a regional medical advisor, you enable scientific dialogue with health care professionals based on marketing portfolio strategy in cross-functional collaboration with other functions of the field force (FMA, FSM, and KAM), with the aim to position Novo Nordisk as the preferred partner in diabetes. ● Plan and develop partnership agreements with the key opinion leaders or influencers, on the right activity, based on NN´s portfolio strategies to generate advocacy to NN´s products aligned with the regional sales plan. ● Provide quality medical and scientific support, education, and training to internal and external customers. ● Build effective relationships and contribute effectively with the field force (DSM, KAM, medical representatives, and FMA). ● Ensure alignment of cross-function business activities, and ensure compliance with the country-specific regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.

Requirements

● A university degree preferably in Medical or Bio-Medical Sciences. ● If not a medical doctor, at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in a position related to medical affairs and/or experience in sales or marketing. ● Great communication and negotiation skills. ● Fluent in English. About the department: The CMR department is of strategic relevance to the organization and is a business partner. Along with medical affairs, the regulatory and pharmacovigilance report to the head of the department (HOD).
