Job Description
Objective of the role: ● Facilitating the recruitment process through Identifying, filtering and hiring the best potential candidates based on the requirements, future plans and culture of the company. List of responsibilities: ● Overseeing and identifying recruitment channels. ● Professional interviews. ● Participation in identification of job's competencies, knowledge and skills. ● Doing onboarding process. ● Performing exit interviews and preparing analytical reports. ● Participating in identifying the new hires training needs. ● Preparing reports for the quality of recruitment, analyzing the reasons behind employees quit or dismiss and etc. ● Reporting to: HR manager and HR deputy.
Requirements
● University qualifications: MBA, DBA, IO psychology or other related fields of study. ● Nature and length of previous experience: at least 3 years of direct experience. ● Specialist knowledge: Proven knowledge and experience in different interviews techniques, familiar with human resource planning. knowledge of HR development processes is a bonus. ● Familiar with interview techniques and personality tests. ● Soft skills and personality traits: Teamwork.
