● Update hiring methods and create new procedures.
● Collaborate with staff managers to determine specific job needs throughout the organization and related competencies.
● Standardize recruitment processes.
● Design and arrange job ads and post them on appropriate platforms.
● Conduct face-to-face interviews, especially on key occupations.
● Complete regular reports on recruitment activities.
● Develop communication to strengthen recruitment channels.
● Salary: 17 to 20 million Tomans, per month.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
● At least three years of similar work experience.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
● Having a DBA, PHRI, or MBA is an advantage.
● Ability to analyze and solve problems.
