Key responsibilities and duties for this position:
● Responsibility to attract people based on the program and phasing of the organization's headcount and budget specified.
● Responsibility to coordinate and organize with other units and receive manpower requests based on a specific budget.
● Search for the organization's selected recruitment resources to find the required workforce.
● Review and analyze the received resumes based on the qualification conditions appropriate to the job.
● Conduct a telephone interview.
● Check references and job records of applicants.
● Carry out all necessary measures to insert advertisements in hiring sources such as websites, newspapers, etc.
● Pursue and coordinate the employment of human resources based on the plans made.
● Hold the required exams for the applicants.
● Coordinate assessment centers to attract people or promote from within the organization.
● Prepare employment reports based on a codified schedule and submission to superiors.
● Update the database of incoming data (CV pool).
● Archive all documents related to the recruitment process.
● Maintain reports and documents related to the employment unit.
● Select suitable candidates based on the requests of human resources of the relevant constituency units.
● Conduct job interviews by the rules and regulations to attract and hire organizational staff.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably, in Management.
● Fluent in MS Office.
● Familiarity with the principles of human resource management.
● Familiarity with the types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
● Familiarity with a variety of personality tests and psychological tests.
● 4 years of related work experience.
