● Prepare the daily report related to their shift delivering to the front office Manager.
● Order and follow the items of the front office.
● Answer the phone calls in a very professional, courteous, and polite manner in accordance with the standard telephone procedures of the hotel.
● Accept and accurately record all guest bookings for the other services in accordance with the departmental procedures.
● Accept the responsibility when handling minor guest objections or refer to the superior in order to enhance guest satisfaction.
● Refer major guest objections to immediate superior to prevent further guest dissatisfaction.
Requirements
● Good knowledge of Property Management Software (PMS) or Hotel Reservation Software.
● Minimum Bachelor's degree.
● Fluent in English.
● Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
