● Manage and grow other colleagues in the sales team in terms of development and product initiatives.
● Work within the team environment and maintain the spirit of collaboration.
● Set and manage technical meetings with target companies’ technical teams.
● Assist in setting ingredient and product specifications.
● Manage and schedule tasting sessions.
● Conduct experiments (e.g. laboratory or process experiments) to deliver new products, and evaluate ingredients, materials, products, and processes.
● Make RTE and RTD applications based on coming requests (e.g. sales team, customers, and F&B industry fairs).
● Establish and maintain technical contacts with customers’ technical teams in different fields of specialties in order to provide technical support and follow-up the projects.
● Duration: Permanent position.
● Desired start date: immediately.
● Probation period: three months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 16:00.
Requirements
● More than three years of progressive experience in research and development with a focus on the food industries.
● Significant experience in the delivery of R&D and innovation product initiatives including beverages, processes, and improvement.
● Knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality standards.
● Experience in flavor application in the food and beverage industry.
● Fairly good command of English.
● Interested in market research, market analysis, and business development.
● No travel restriction.
