Job Description
The raw material procurement supervisor is responsible for identifying capable resources in accordance with the raw materials, and supplying categories like Sugar, fruit juice concentrate, fruit pulp, puree, sacs, and chemical material.
Main responsibilities:
● Effective interaction and cooperation with other departments.
● Keep and develop vendor master files updated by Monitoring market trends and market suppliers
● Create and register new eligible suppliers on the System. Deliver briefs, updates, and reports as and when required (weekly, monthly, and annually).
● Choose and evaluate suppliers.
● Identify savings opportunities and take action to achieve those.
● Expedite and ensure timely delivery of all products and services.
● Manage suppliers and make sure the best in price and quality are delivered to end users.
● Receive PR and manage the buying process (from A-Z) for a given set of items, Negotiate contracts, improved prices, and terms of business with suppliers, and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
● Handle multiple commercial and procurement activities simultaneously.
