POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Qazvin /Iran Company: Nestlé | Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY Material coordinator; coordinates the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products between various production areas and external warehouses. Ensures material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules. Being a material coordinator; collects and analyzes data on current orders, production levels, and sales forecasts to estimate future demand for materials. A DAY IN THE LIFE … ● Evaluate raw materials analysis results based on specifications. ● Conduct a risk assessment for our parameters and communicate for getting approval. ● Communicate with raw materials different suppliers for quality issues. ● Send materials for required parameters to reference labs. ● Check and receive required documents from different suppliers (MAD, GMO, Halal, Signed specification). ● Plan for visits and provide audit reports for all local suppliers. ● Assess and record the storage condition of raw materials per supplier recommendation. ● Extract raw materials risks to be considered in the HACCP study. ● Consider all parameters of raw materials in QMS including local regulations. ● Participate in raw material quality-related meetings in the factory or market.
