Job Description

Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist provides oversight for the implementation, development, and monitoring of quality and regulation systems, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with Bel group and Iran policies. Role description: ● Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines. ● Responsible for conducting audit checks with the company's current quality systems and technologies to ensure adherence to regulatory policies and internal guidelines.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or Chemistry. ● Minimum 5 years experience in QA-relevant positions. ● Fully operational knowledge of FSSC 22000 or other standards auditing. ● Working experience of developing QMS documents, procedures, and working instructions. ● Knowledge of product, process, manufacturing and equipment regulations associated with internal and external organization. ● Advanced level of English. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). ● Working knowledge of project management. ● Active listening capability. ● Time management skills. ● Diverse and inclusive mindset. ● Advanced level of communication skills. ● Familiar with ISIRI and MOH regulations. ● Team player and aware of team working concept. ● Analytical thinker. ● Proactive approach in the management of actions. ● Working knowledge of training and evaluation principles.
