Job Description
The incumbent of this job is responsible for monitoring quality improvement processes, pest and insect control, customer complaints, and the global quality project.
Scope of activities:
● Controlling, investigating, holding meetings, and following up on customer complaints in the field of manufactured products and updating the FMS system, and creating relevant reports.
● Controlling and monitoring the activities related to the tobacco beetle (ordering traps, managing the Beetle Buster team, etc.).
● Managing and participating in quality improvement processes (suggestions, internal and global projects).
● Planning and monitoring the implementation of insect control programs to prevent pollution of the environment and the product.
● Support, coordinate, and supervise of calibration programs and ensure that the QME is ready to work.
● Technical support and QIMS system monitoring.
