Job Description

● Inspection, testing or measuring materials or products being produced in production line. ● Reporting inspection result to the QC Manager. ● Sampling of incoming cargoes according to the considered standard. ● Declare non-compliance with logistics personnel and carrying out necessary follow-up. ● Performing all quality tests based on quality plans and ensure performing all laboratory standards and production line.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science and Technology. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in food industries or 3 years in cake or bakery industries. ● Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 standards. ● Ability to work sharply in 12 hours day or night shifts. ● Good analytical skills.
