Job Description

● Cooperate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them. ● Document the management system and product, such as compiling quality control forms, manuals, and related implementation methods. ● Cooperate with the design department in compiling design documents for new products. ● Supervise the performance of input-final-during-production inspections by inspectors. ● Analyze reports and data related to the quality of products and services and make decisions to improve the situation. ● Monitor and measure related processes and present them to the ISO management representative. ● Monitor product identification and tracking and how to implement it. ● Attend management review meetings and propose issues related to the quality control unit. ● Prepare a list of measuring and testing equipment. ● Prepare monitoring and measurement equipment visit and calibration program. Monitoring the calibration results of measuring equipment. ● Supervise the activities of the quality control inspector. ● Ensure compliance of production and manufacturing processes with legal requirements and regulations. ● Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO. ● Organize and deploy corrective action and preventive action and continuous improvement. ● Location: Alborz Industrial City, Qazvin.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. ● Age range: 35 to 45 years old. ● At least five years of executive experience in quality systems and quality assurance and ISO system implementation. ● Managerial experience in QC and QA units. ● Familiar with English. ● Familiarity with quality management standards in the electricity industry. ● Familiar with sampling standards. ● Familiarity with the product and process editing. ● Getting to know the requirements and standards of measuring devices. ● Flexibility and result orientation. ● Ability to manage and lead. ● Proficient in relevant and specialized software. ● Communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and timely decision making. ● High self-confidence in doing assigned tasks.
