Job Description

● Determining the application scope of the laboratory and specifying the tests and the method of performing them according to the requirements. ● Identifying regulatory and legal requirements related to tests and updating them. ● Developing guidelines and test methods for materials, supplies, and products according to national or international requirements. ● Monitoring the quality performance of laboratory experts based on the requirements defined in the laboratory. ● Monitoring the working environment of the laboratory to ensure that the tests are carried out in accordance with the set requirements. ● Communicating with commercial, warehouse, and production departments for sampling and testing of raw materials, essentials, products during the production process, and final products. ● Checking the uncertainty of measuring equipment according to the set requirements. ● Managing the storage of laboratory test samples in a specific place for a defined period of time. ● Supervising the maintenance of the records of the conducted tests. ● Ensuring the availability of equipment according to the types of tests and monitoring the selection and purchase of laboratory equipment. ● Monitoring the process of purchasing equipment and supplies in the laboratory and evaluating and selecting suppliers of laboratory equipment and items. ● Planning for the calibration of laboratory measuring equipment. ● Coordinating to send laboratory measuring equipment to calibration centers. ● Following up on the repair of laboratory equipment and sending it to the maintenance and repair unit. ● Supervising the maintenance of laboratory measuring equipment. ● Ensuring the safety of laboratory staff against physical, chemical, and biological hazards. ● Monitoring compliance with the principles of cleanliness of the laboratory work environment. ● Monitoring the implementation of the product and service identification and tracking method and performing the necessary operations. ● Attending planned training courses. ● Participating in the product quality improvement process by attending product quality meetings. ● Analyzing quality-related reports and data and reporting to superiors for decision-making. ● Cooperating in general and specialized personnel training. ● Monitoring the performance of the technical officials of the company. ● Performing other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

● Proficient in tests and standards related to raw materials, essentials, and products. ● Proficiency in the laboratory measuring tools and equipment. ● Sufficient technical knowledge regarding tests of raw materials, essentials, and products. ● Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements. ● Familiarity with ISO 17025 requirements. ● Familiarity with GMP and GLP requirements. ● Mental and moral health. ● Communication skills. ● Teamwork skills. ● Problem-solving approach.
