● Plan to perform timely and correct tests and inspections required by the product, which are mentioned in control plans or other technical documents.
● Plan and monitor the periodic performance of product audits, and evaluate the quality of the output product.
● Plan and periodic auditing of production processes and provide appropriate solutions to production to reduce or eliminate deviations in processes.
● Supervise good performance, monitoring, and measurement of the product according to control plans.
● Plan and monitor the proper performance of measurement systems analysis (MSA) to ensure the accuracy of measurement systems.
● Analyze customer complaints and products returned from them to root out and eliminate their causes.
● Check products' non-conformities, take corrective ac, time and eliminate the discrepancies.
● Design and monitor quality management system.
● Approve and supervise the implementation of all executive methods and launch new methods.
● Investigate deviations from acceptable standards and analyze the causes of waste and possible failure with coordination and cooperation of production and engineering.
● Plan and conduct internal audits and prepare for various types of audits.
● Carry out procedures related to document control.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of work experience in relevant fields.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Industry Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
● Ability to report in the field of work.
● Fluent in related standards.
