Job Description

● Establish the quality management system and procedures and develop policies for the quality management system. ● Identify, assess, and assist in the resolution of issues, disputes, and risks in excellence plans and improvement initiatives. ● Conduct process, business, system, and information analysis to determine solutions to the organization's problems. ● Develop, periodic review, revise, and implement documents and processes. ● Follow priorities in order to implement corrective and preventive actions. ● Quality risk management. ● Apply and ensure implementation of standardized operating procedures. ● Provide inspectors with clear and comprehensive files (external audits). ● Respond with proficiency to questions from inspectors (external and internal audits). ● Analyze, monitor, and ensure that the organization's processes comply with international standards. ● Plan and conduct internal quality audits. ● Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth and areas for improvement. ● Develop strategies to improve the production process. ● Make sure that all the legal standards are met and review thoroughly the existing policies and standards. ● Review the organization’s processes to ensure that they align with the current policies. ● Identify the training requirements to meet the quality standards. ● Investigate customer complaints.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● More than 10 years of experience in the QA field and 8 years of experience as a manager. ● Familiar with Visual Paradigm. ● Full familiarity with EFQM topics. ● Capable of working with ERP systems. ● Excellent in MS Office. ● Excellent in English. ● Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ● Familiar with business process management software (BPMN). ● Proficient with quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, and ISO 19011). ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Familiar with programming concepts and software. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. ● Strong supervisory and leadership skills. ● Familiar with risk management methods.
