Requirements
● Good practices in business process management (ITIL, BPMN, CMMI).
● Good practices in quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19011).
● Hands-on software literacy.
● Hands-on professional reporting and documentation.
● Hands-on programming and software architecture.
● Hands-on in enterprise architecture.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Master’s degree in Software Engineering, IT Engineering, or Information Technology Management.
