Job Description

● Draw up checklists for the audit of technical processes. ● Review technical processes as needed. ● Interact with teams regarding the output of audits and provide suggestions for improvement. ● Organize meetings of technical processes. ● Modify business processes based on the proposal of the relevant unit. ● Participate in identifying the methods and best practices. ● Participate in assessing the team’s different needs and providing the proposed solution. ● Participate in implementing tools, methods, or developing products needed by the organization related to quality assurance. ● Participate in meetings regarding different teams’ KPIs. ● Prepare analytical reports of activities.

Requirements

● Good practices in business process management (ITIL, BPMN, CMMI). ● Good practices in quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19011). ● Hands-on software literacy. ● Hands-on professional reporting and documentation. ● Hands-on programming and software architecture. ● Hands-on in enterprise architecture. ● Good analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Master’s degree in Software Engineering, IT Engineering, or Information Technology Management.
