● Reviewing the technical and financial proposal of construction equipment and goods. ● Preparing a database of construction equipment and goods. ● Monitoring the series of purchasing actions in projects. ● Monitoring and auditing purchases of project contractors and suppliers. ● Collaborating with technical experts to prepare MR. ● Visiting the equipment and building materials purchased in the project. ● Participating in exhibitions related to the construction field. ● Participating in purchasing and management meetings and internal and external purchasing meetings.

Requirements

● Familiarity with construction equipment and materials. ● Mastering the series of actions before, during, and after the purchase. ● Ability to review and compare technical and financial offers for construction equipment and goods. ● Ability to negotiate and contract. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
