Job Description

The position includes ownership for identifying, prioritizing and coordinating project and program resources engaged with all initiatives within the selected project portfolio. In addition to this, you will be responsible for: ● Create and develop the project plan. ● Monitor and control project work for the project portfolio and owned projects. ● Negotiate project resources with LoB (Line of Business) management and manage these resources during project execution and coordinate resources between projects. ● Establish the appropriate project governance together with the project owner. ● Report project performance and the project portfolio to the relevant stakeholders. ● Perform integrated change control on the project. ● Archive all key project data. ● Close and evaluate the project. ● Ensure compliance with NN (Novo Nordisk) quality management system and PS(Product supply) environmental, health and safety management system and business ethics. ● Assist in planning and execution of training of local resources.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering; MBA or PMI/PMP certificates are an advantage. ● 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. ● Minimum 2 years of project management experience. ● Fluent in MS Office and MS Project. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Fluent in written and spoken English.
